Sitting at the intersection of Aetna Digital and Commercial Product, you will own end-to-end delivery of high-impact growth initiatives, shaping roadmaps and piloting new capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years in product management and digital strategy.
7+ years leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
Healthcare digital product experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Establish product vision & roadmap with multi-year strategy.
Drive innovation and growth with measurable impact.
Shape competitive advantage through market insights and investments.
Lead product delivery and commercialisation of new capabilities.
Identify and mitigate risks; escalate when needed.
Influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
Define and measure success via KPIs and outcomes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and execution.
