Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director of Digital Product Growth Strategy to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products that grow revenue and adoption across Aetna Digital and Commercial Product. You will own end-to-end growth initiatives, shape roadmaps, pilot new capabilities, and build scalable operating models to accelerate growth.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across business units to drive measurable value, lead cross-functional delivery, and influence

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, product strategy, and/or digital strategy
7+ years in a digital environment, leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed setting
5+ years leading the design and launch of complex new products and/or processes
Able to travel up to 10% annually

Responsibilities

Establish product vision & roadmap with Commercial Product and define multi-year strategy and investments.
Drive innovation and growth by identifying opportunities and delivering measurable impact.
Shape competitive advantage through market trend analysis and informed investments.
Lead delivery and commercialization of new capabilities to create customer value and business outcomes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues when needed and drive timely resolution.
Influence executives with data-driven insights and clear recommendations for decision-making.
Define and measure product performance, adoption, and financial KPIs to guide strategy.
Collaborate across Commercial Product, Analytics, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Finance and others to align priorities.
