Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in product management, strategy, or digital strategy.
- 7+ years in a digital environment with cross-functional leadership.
- Experience presenting to executives and influencing decisions.
- Experience launching complex new products or processes.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and multi-year strategy with stakeholders.
- Deliver market-leading capabilities to drive adoption and growth.
- Pilot, scale, and commercialize new capabilities across the business.
- Monitor market trends and inform strategic investment decisions.
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, finance, and sales to align priorities.
- Identify risks and mitigation plans; ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate insights to executives to accelerate decisions.
- Establish KPIs for adoption, performance, and financial impact.
