Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of product management, product strategy, and/or digital strategy.
- 7+ years in a digital environment, leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed setting.
- 7+ years presenting to executives and influencing stakeholders.
- 5+ years leading the design and launch of complex new products or processes.
- Able to travel up to 10% annually.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year product vision and roadmap with Commercial Product.
- Drive innovation and growth with data-driven enhancements.
- Shape competitive advantage through market trends and insights.
- Lead delivery and commercialization of new capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues as needed.
- Influence executive decision-making with clear insights and context.
- Measure success with KPIs and data-driven optimization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams to align priorities.
