Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to drive technology product strategy for value-based care portfolios across CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with clinical and business leaders to translate vision into scalable roadmaps leveraging Epic platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 10-15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical tech product management, and Epic implementation.
- Proven track record partnering with healthcare delivery networks to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.
- Experience with Epic EHR workflows and integration of external data sources into Epic builds.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships with healthcare delivery leadership to shape end-to-end care models across transitions and pathways.
- Direct cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps and Epic architectures.
- Ensure integrations between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time, actionable insights for clinicians.
- Own the technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and measurable outcomes.
