Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 12+ years in digital marketing, ecommerce, analytics, CRM or marketing tech.
• 5+ years in people leadership and building cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to transform digital marketing in a multi-brand environment.
• Ownership of website strategy, user experience, SEO/SEM and conversion.
• Hands-on CRM, marketing automation, analytics & web CMS experience.
