Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks a Director of Human Resources for North American Operations. Based remotely in the United States with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones, you will lead HR strategy across roughly twelve sites, partner with operations and supply chain leaders, coach HR teams, and drive talent initiatives.

You will oversee workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, and successful change management across manufacturing and distribution facilities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and HR practices.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to facilities and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Americas HR strategy across manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Coach and develop HR Managers and HR Business Partners across sites.
• Advise on workforce planning, staffing, retention, and organizational design.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and escalation with Legal as needed.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure consistent HR policies and safe workplace practices across sites.
