Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising or sales leadership preferably within a large, complex nonprofit or corporate sales environment.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, or sales enablement is preferred.
• Ability to influence executives and lead change across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Design a single Performance Framework aligning goals and metrics across regions and teams.
• Develop onboarding and training programs to standardize the enterprise growth strategy.
• Support transition to specialized frontline roles and build coaching capabilities for managers.
