Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines who will act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. Fully remote preferred with Central Time Zone hours, with onsite hybrid as needed per policy.

This leadership role partners with regional teams to standardize workflows, drive process improvements, plan capacity, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
• Strong skills in workflow standardization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations.
• Identify and implement scalable workflow and process improvements.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote adoption of EPIC and related operating platforms.
