Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations from a remote position with Central Time Zone hours. The role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, support growth, and drive M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designations, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency, with strong analytical

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• Proven ability to influence leaders in a highly matrixed organization.

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
