Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with Divisional and Regional leaders to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, across the enterprise.

The role requires a P&C license with 5–7+ years in a leadership role at a large brokerage, and preferred CPCU/CIC designation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and drive process improvement across the organization.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and EPIC system optimization.
