Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines who will act as a national subject-matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and scale operations across the organization, supporting producers and account teams in delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designations are preferred, and bring 5–7+ years of senior Commercial Lines leadership

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization and productivity improvements.
• Support M&A integration and post-merger alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and operations to drive client service.
• Promote EPIC utilization and tech platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
