Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Operational Excellence: identify challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Workflow Standardization: promote standardized workflows across the organization.

• Managed Services Alignment: ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Technical Expertise: act as a national Commercial P&C SME for operations and systems.
• M&A Integration Support: assist in integration planning and workflow alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with producers, operations, and leadership.
• Systems & Technology Optimization: promote EPIC and reporting tools usage.
• Performance Analysis: use metrics and BI to drive improvements.
• Change Leadership: facilitate adoption of new processes and practices.
