• Active Commercial Lines leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and service quality.
• Support M&A integration through operations assessments and alignment of workflows.
