The role partners with leadership to drive standardized workflows, optimize processes, and guide M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division and Regional Leadership to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support mergers and acquisitions integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote effective utilization of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools.
