Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. Fully remote with preference for Central Time Zone hours; requires active P&C license and 5–7+ years in operational leadership within a large brokerage/agency.

CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred. You will drive workflow standardization, process improvement, workforce planning, and M&A integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong ability to standardize workflows and drive process improvements.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and operational integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy with divisional and regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Drive process optimization to boost productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align Managed Services resources with organizational goals.
• Provide national P&C expertise on operations and tech.
• Support M&A integration and workflow alignment initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to ensure execution.
