Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a primarily remote capacity with preferred Central Time Zone hours.

You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, optimize performance, and support M&A integration across the agency.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large broker/agency.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and process improvements.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Support M&A integration and operating model evolution.
• Collaborate with producers and operations to deliver client service excellence.
