Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations in a fully remote role, preferring Central Time Zone hours. Active P&C license and 5–7+ years in a large brokerage/agency are required, with CPCU/CIC strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.

• Provide national subject matter expertise on agency operations and EPIC usage.
