Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a fully remote role preferred for Central Time Zone. Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Identify and fix operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement lasting solutions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Coordinate with Managed Services for resource alignment.
• Serve as national expert on Commercial P&C operations and systems.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Collaborate with producers, ops teams, and leadership for successful initiatives.
• Promote EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools for performance.
• Lead change management and professional development within the team.
