Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to drive workflow standardization, operational scalability, and service excellence while supporting M&A integration and strategic initiatives.

A strong focus on EPIC and data-driven improvements is required. The role requires 5–7+ years in leadership within a large insurance brokerage, with active P&C

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operations leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in commercial P&C agency operations and workflow optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through planning and workflow alignment.
• Promote use of EPIC, reporting tools, and operational tech platforms.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new processes.
