Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with regional leadership to optimize workflows, drive standardization, and advance corporate objectives while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership, P&C licensing, and CPCU/CIC credentials, with strong communication and change leadership skills to guide transformational

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives with senior leadership.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Lead process improvement and capacity planning initiatives.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
