Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is hiring a Director, Commercial Excellence to lead end-to-end operations for the brand and optimize the commercial operating model. You will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade & Distribution, and Finance to improve results with urgency.

The role requires strategic, analytical problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to coordinate matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive experience in pharma/biotech commercial operations, brand management, consulting, or related roles.
• Expertise in how commercial strategy, data, systems, workflows and vendors drive brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for the brand and lead the commercial build.
• Define the integrated view of how the brand operates and track performance against goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely resolution.
• Challenge the operating model with evidence-based improvements.
• Translate market dynamics into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Direct the work of matrixed teams and external vendors on high-impact initiatives.
