Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial technology, enterprise applications, or related roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations with product launch or expansion.
• Strong understanding of CRM, field workflows, and commercial data; experience with Veeva or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial systems strategy and roadmap; translate milestones into investments and priorities across CRM, data, and platforms.
• Lead business ownership and decision-making for commercial systems; align stakeholders and manage tradeoffs.
• Oversee delivery from planning to adoption; coordinate teams and partners, manage dependencies, ensure readiness.
