Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. seeks a Commercial Engineer to lead end-to-end operations of the brand’s commercial model, aligning strategy, workflows, systems and data for flawless execution.

You will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade & Distribution, and Finance to improve results, acting with urgency when performance is at risk. This role may be performed remotely with travel as needed, and requires shaping the operating model for continued

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive experience in pharma/biotech commercial operations, brand management, consulting, or related commercial/strategic roles
• Recognized expertise in combining commercial strategy, data, systems, workflows, and vendors to drive brand performance
• Strategic, analytical problem solver who translates evidence into actionable recommendations and drives resolution with ownership and urgency

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for the brand; design and lead the commercial build and brand operating model
• Define and own the brand's integrated operational view; track performance against goals and surface risks
• Diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues; partner with senior leaders to drive timely resolution and act with urgency
• Challenge and improve the operating model using evidence-based analysis; present recommendations to leadership
• Shape strategy from market insights; translate dynamics into actionable recommendations
• Lead matrixed teams and vendors on top initiatives without direct reports
