Praxis Precision Medicines is actively seeking a Director, Digital Marketing Strategist to guide digital marketing strategy across the DEE and Movement Disorder portfolios. You will define the digital vision, channel roadmap, and priorities, partnering with marketing, IT, and agencies to ensure a cohesive digital experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading digital marketing strategy in pharma/biotech/regulatory environments; CNS/rare disease preferred.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into digital priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, IT, and external partners.
• Excellent communication and leadership in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio digital marketing strategy and channel roadmap for DEE and Movement Disorder.
• Translate brand strategy into digital priorities across website, CRM, and marketing tech.
• Establish the digital operating model and cross-functional governance.
• Drive prioritization and execution across digital products, data, and technology teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for consistent digital execution.
• Define and advance the digital capability roadmap including personalization and measurement.
• Establish performance KPIs and insights to improve digital effectiveness.
• Build scalable standards across brands and audiences.
• Lead through influence in a matrix organization.
