The role partners with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade & Distribution, and Finance to improve results, and involves travel as needed while enabling remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive pharma/biotech commercial experience.
• Proven ability to align commercial strategy with data, systems, workflows, and vendors to drive brand performance.
• Strong strategic, analytical problem-solving skills with high ownership and urgency.
• Credible influencer able to align with and challenge executives without formal authority.

• Own end-to-end operations for the brand and define the vision for commercial excellence.
• Track performance against goals and surface risks before they escalate.
• Partner with senior leaders to resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely resolution.
• Question and improve the operating model using evidence-based analysis and present to leadership.
• Lead research and intelligence on market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Direct the work of matrixed teams and external vendors on high-impact initiatives without formal reports.
