Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence to lead the end-to-end operating model of our brand.

You will partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade, and Finance to drive evidence-based improvements and strategic execution across the organization. Responsibilities include owning the integrated brand operations, tracking performance, and guiding cross-functional teams and external vendors through launch readiness and operating-model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; extensive pharma/biotech commercial operations experience.
• Strong expertise in aligning commercial strategy, data, systems, workflows and vendors to drive brand performance.
• Strategic, analytical problem solver who communicates clearly and drives ownership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for the brand and define the vision for commercial excellence.
• Define and monitor the integrated view of how the brand operates, surfacing risks early.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade & Distribution, and Finance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like launch readiness and operating-model redesign without direct reports.
• Translate market dynamics and trends into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.
