DataSpring seeks a Director of Clinician Engagement to lead a new function that deepens clinician relationships and data quality. You will convene councils, manage provider partnerships, and bring clinician insight into product, marketing, and policy discussions.

The role is full-time and fully remote, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, with travel up to 20% for meetings and events. You will drive strategy and hands-on execution across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in provider relations, clinician engagement, or related healthcare leadership.
• Experience leading advisory boards, councils, or stakeholder programs.
• Experience standing up a new function or program is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define success metrics and track clinician engagement and trust.
• Lead advisory councils and manage partner relationships.
• Develop and execute clinician engagement strategy with partners and associations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Insights to align on clinician needs.
• Represent DataSpring with clinical leadership at industry forums and events.
