Job summary

DataSpring seeks a Director of Clinician Engagement to lead clinician relations, councils, and partner networks. You will synthesize clinician feedback to steer product, marketing, and research strategy, while managing high-level partnerships and thought leadership.

You will build cross-functional programs, maintain executive stakeholder trust, and travel up to 20% for meetings and events, all in a fully remote, exempt role reporting to the CMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin or related field.
• 10+ years in provider relations, clinician engagement, or healthcare stakeholder roles.
• Experience leading advisory boards or stakeholder forums.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics for clinician engagement and report progress.
• Lead partnerships with provider organizations and associations.
• Develop clinician-facing content and thought leadership materials.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Insights to align clinician voice with strategy.
• Serve as internal SME on clinician perspectives and workflows.
