This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, data analytics, and commercial execution with the Commercial Performance Team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a clinical field (PharmD, RN, MD, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of clinical practice or healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years in a commercial, sales enablement, analytics, or client-facing role in Healthcare IT or pharma.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and outcomes measurement.
• Experience with clinical data analytics and KPI development.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate clinical complexity into business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise during complex sales cycles and articulate value propositions across DrFirst's platform and pharma pillars.
• Collaborate on end-to-end analytics models, KPI frameworks, and outcome measurement.
• Develop clinical case studies and sales collateral with data-driven impact.
• Support go-to-market strategy and launch readiness with clinical insights.
• Bridge data, sales, and marketing as a conduit for analytics requests.
