Job summary

DataSpring seeks an Executive Client Partner to lead its most strategic health-plan and healthcare-partner relationships from the executive to operational levels. This role emphasizes protection of trusted partnerships, strategic alignment, and value realization across the client enterprise.

The position is full-time, remote, exempt, with up to 30% travel. The successful candidate will partner with DataSpring’s leadership to deliver a coordinated enterprise experience and drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required.
• 10-15 years of enterprise client management experience.
• Experience with health plans, provider organizations or healthcare tech is preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite and board discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationship ownership for marquee client partnerships.
• Develop multilevel relationship maps across executives, operations and finance.
• Create and drive comprehensive account strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise value.
