Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or related leadership roles.
• Experience in oncology and immuno-oncology drug development.
• Knowledge of companion diagnostic development processes and regulatory interactions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or enterprise planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead companion diagnostic strategy for oncology programs from early to late-stage development.
• Provide strategic guidance for programs requiring predictive biomarkers.
• Execute integrated companion diagnostic plans for patient selection and regulatory approval.
• Align diagnostic timelines with clinical development milestones and commercialization plans.
• Present diagnostic strategy and progress to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations for governance committees on diagnostic strategy and execution.
• Oversee external diagnostic partnerships, including performance oversight and risk management.
