Scriptology is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead our clinical pharmacist division, drive operational excellence, and improve patient outcomes in a remote, fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

You will oversee productivity, quality, and workflow while maintaining strong clinical judgment; responsibilities include performance management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the organization responsibly.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree required and active license to practice pharmacy.
• 5+ years of clinical or operational pharmacy experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage pharmacist productivity and quality metrics.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory care, medication management, or adherence workflows.
• Experience leading remote teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to 50% direct patient care to align with frontline clinical workflows.
• Lead day-to-day pharmacist operations focusing on productivity, quality, workflow, and service excellence.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs across the pharmacy organization.
• Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, and professional development.
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring, policy development, and process improvements.
