Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical systems, data platforms, or related fields.
• Experience delivering technology in regulated environments within pharma/biotech.
• Ability to translate priorities into practical roadmaps and investments.
• Technical fluency across data flows, APIs, cloud platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical systems and data strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead clinical data engineering, data platform architecture, and validation activities.
• Establish clear requirements, acceptance decisions, and timely governance across IT and functions.
• Drive adoption of governed analytics and AI-enabled tools for clinical teams.
• Manage system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with vendors and service providers; govern performance and renewals.
• Ensure lifecycle governance, security, data stewardship, and business continuity.
