Lifeforce is seeking an experienced operations leader to run the operating engine behind our national care delivery model. You will oversee four clinical operations teams and scale them from small to 15, guiding strategy and execution across telehealth and in-person centers.

The role focuses on capacity, scheduling, and access, plus licensure, credentialing, onboarding, and time-to-productive. This is a remote-first opportunity with equipment provided and generous benefits.
