Job summary
LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Supervision & Practice Development to advance enterprise supervision models and clinician competency across a nationwide outpatient behavioral health network.
The role emphasizes scalable supervision standards, supervisor training, and data-informed practice improvements. You will partner with Clinical Practice, Measurement-Based Care, Clinical Operations, and Research to improve fidelity to evidence-based care and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree and active license in good standing.
- Experience in clinical supervision, therapist development, and leadership roles.
- Expertise in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities and supervision practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize enterprise clinical supervision standards and models.
- Create clinician competency expectations and development pathways.
- Integrate outcomes data into supervision practices for continuous improvement.
- Partner with clinical, operations, and leadership to translate standards into practice.
- Advance supervision approaches for specialty populations and emerging therapies.
