alooola is seeking a Director of Client Relationships to manage an established client base and expand the national 401(k) advisory footprint. You will lead calls, meetings, and in-person visits, strengthening relationships while driving growth across retirement plans.

You’ll own the sales cycle from first contact to fee review, coordinating with plan design and onboarding teams. This remote role requires in-person days in Kingston, NJ as needed.

Formación

• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses, ideally in retirement plans or similar B2B space.
• Consultative approach focused on long-term relationships.
• Ability to represent the company in person at various events and meetings.
• Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Meet with clients virtually and in person to review plans and proposals.
• Build a nationwide pipeline and conduct 401(k) fee reviews.
• Keep client notes and pipeline organized in the CRM.
