Job summary

Empower Retirement in the United States is seeking a Director Participant Engagement to lead a field team of retirement advisers and counselors, focusing on Empower's clients' employees as they prepare for retirement by helping replace income.

The role builds relationships, implements growth and marketing strategies to maximize plan participation, assets and use of Empower Advisory Services, while ensuring regulatory and fiduciary compliance and coaching a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in Financial Services.
• FINRA registrations (6, 63, 26, 65) within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional team to execute growth plans and increase plan participation.
• Maximize adoption of Empower products and services, including Managed Accounts.
• Foster an environment of high performance, accountability, and development.
• Ensure regulatory and fiduciary standards are met and tracked.
• Deliver training to enhance service, compliance, and policy adherence.
