Definiti LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Director to wholesale retirement plan services across a defined territory. You will cultivate and manage relationships with financial advisors and processors to drive proposals and sales, while aligning with growth strategies in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has strong territory management and a proven track record in retirement or financial services sales, with travel within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with five years of sales experience.
• Five years of proven sales experience in retirement/financial services preferred.
• Ability to manage a region with established advisor connections.

Responsibilities

• Wholesale Definiti retirement solutions in the assigned region.
• Develop new financial advisor relationships that generate proposals and sales.
• Meet sales goals by prospecting new clients and maintaining a network of advisors.
