Ubiquity Retirement and Savings (dba Decimal Inc) seeks a Client Onboarding Analyst – Flex to support New Plan Onboarding, Conversions, and client servicing across the team. The role moves between functions to match volume, client needs, and priorities, ensuring accurate case handling and timely milestones.

You will collaborate with sponsors, advisors, and prior recordkeepers, perform coverage for meetings, respond to routine questions, and help maintain SLA adherence while upholding ERISA and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the 401(k) or retirement plan industry.
• Experience in plan onboarding, implementation, conversions, or client service.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements preferred.
• Ability to shift between multiple functions based on priorities.
• Experience conducting client-facing calls or meetings with sponsors/advisors/TPAs.

Responsabilités

• Support cross-functional onboarding, conversions, and client servicing based on volume and priorities.
• Manage assigned cases and milestones to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Coordinate with sponsors, advisors, TPAs, and prior recordkeepers to obtain required information and keep cases progressing.
• Maintain complete case notes and calendar coverage to reduce bottlenecks and ensure continuity.
