Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Senior Manager to lead a North American team managing capital investments in material handling equipment and facility infrastructure. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and business-case development for roofs, RTUs, restrooms and parking areas to enable safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong data analysis, SAP/Excel proficiency, and experience with asset-tracking modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree desired.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects in distribution/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of project managers supporting North American operations, overseeing $50M–$70M in annual capital spend across MHE and facility infrastructure projects.
• Develops and drives MHE and facility capital strategy, including asset lifecycle planning and spend benchmarking.
• Prioritizes upkeep and capital improvements for roofs, RTUs, restrooms, and parking lots to support safe, reliable operations.
• Modernizes asset tracking across North America and standardizes asset records for better visibility.
• Oversees project scope, planning, and capital deployment to meet budgets with minimal disruption to operations.
• Develops a 3–5 year capital plan, leads annual budgeting, and delivers monthly forecasts.
