Job summary

Europe Express, part of Travelopia, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead a national field team in the United States. You will drive revenue through strategic territory planning, Travel Advisor partnerships, and strong commercial leadership.

In this role, you will own the field development plan, coach managers, and build lasting relationships with agency owners, consortia, and host agencies while representing Europe Express at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a sales team and coach/mentor to develop high performance.
• Ownership of national field business development plan with territory strategies.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and high-potential agencies to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers and a Specialist.
• Drive acquisition and activation of new Travel Advisors; grow bookings with existing partners.
• Build relationships with Travel Advisors, agency owners, consortia, and host agencies.
