Job summary

Europe Express, a Travelopia brand, is seeking a Luxury Sales Manager to lead and scale the Elevated Journeys product line. This hybrid player-coach role combines direct management of sales consultants with ownership of a personal portfolio of high-value travel advisor relationships.

You'll build a new revenue pillar in its early growth, transitioning to a broader leadership role within 12–24 months, balancing hands-on selling with team leadership in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales, closing high‑value deals and exceeding targets.
• Experience with luxury, premium, or bespoke products in travel or related services.
• Understanding of the luxury customer mindset and personalized experiences.
• Confidence engaging with high‑net‑worth clients, advisors, or partners.
• Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, and CRM usage such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Luxury Travel Consultants to meet sales goals.
• Foster a high-performing, client‑service oriented culture and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example with best-practice consultative selling.
• Build and manage a portfolio of luxury advisor partnerships.
• Design and sell bespoke luxury travel experiences and nurture long‑term client value.
