Apartment List is seeking a Director, B2B Marketing to build and run programs hands-on, owning the B2B pipeline creation end-to-end, including demand gen, events, campaigns, and content distribution tied to bookings.

This role requires grit, a strong point of view, and comfort moving quickly without perfect data. You’ll partner with Sales and cross-functionally to move initiatives from concept to impact across the full funnel and multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS/tech marketing with hands-on leadership.
• 3+ years managing a lean team.
• Proven pipeline ownership with measurable outcomes.
• Full-funnel fluency across audience creation, qualification, nurture, and handoff.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
• Architect and run demand gen and event programs.
• Design audience creation, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Drive campaigns, partnerships, events, content distribution.
• Make investment calls on budget allocation.
• Lead national event execution and manage stakeholders under pressure.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.
• Directly manage a lean team of 3-4 across programs.
• Partner with GTM Strategy, Ops, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Brand, Enablement.
