Apartment List, Inc. is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to own our end-to-end pipeline strategy and revenue outcomes. This hands-on leader will personally architect demand gen, events, and content programs while coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and GTM teams.

You will drive campaigns, partnerships, and channel exploration, showing bold investment bets and a bias for action while maintaining accountability for conversions and bookings across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with team management.
• Hands-on experience building and running B2B marketing programs.
• Proven pipeline ownership with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Full-funnel fluency from audience creation to Sales/Handoffs.
• Clear, defensible point of view on marketing strategy and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
• Build and run programs personally, end-to-end.
• Design and optimize audience creation, segmentation, lead qualification, nurture, and Salesforce handoff.
• Activate the market with campaigns, events, and content distribution.
• Make smart investment calls with a clear point of view on budgets.
• Move quickly—test, learn, iterate, and avoid dependency on perfect attribution.
• Create accountability with Sales for timely lead follow-up and conversion.
• Lead a lean team of 3–4 across demand gen, events, and campaigns.
• Partner cross-functionally with GTM Strategy, GTM Ops, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Brand, Enablement.
