Southwire Company LLC is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to manage a team of product managers, shape strategic plans, and drive marketing and lifecycle activities for a major product category. The role emphasizes market research, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, and logistics.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 8–11 years of experience; a Master’s degree and PMP/Six Sigma are preferred. Remote work is available, with none travel.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of product managers to develop and executive business plans, manage capacity, and direct marketing programs for a significant product or product category, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinates market research to evaluate product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
• Designs and implements marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and future development plans, while overseeing the product's life cycle.
• Advises with managers on key business issues, providing leadership on solving complex problems and optimizing processes within the assembled solutions function.
• Develops tactical and operational plans for the assembled solutions department, ensuring alignment with broader company strategies and customer requirements.
