You will oversee the product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics, and drive performance through defined KPIs while ensuring regulatory compliance and high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8-11 years experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; PMP/Six Sigma certification encouraged with 12-14 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Align departmental strategies with business goals to support growth.
• Lead product management and marketing programs for a significant product category.
• Coordinate market research to evaluate requirements and enhancements.
• Oversee lifecycle, pricing, packaging, and future development plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics to meet timelines.
• Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Recruit and develop the team and manage direct reports.
• Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
