Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director, Technology Partner Architecture Solutions for Legal to lead the technical design of partner-enabled legal solutions across Partnerships & Alliances. You will define reference architectures, assess partner platforms, and guide cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable integrations that customers can adopt.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in solutions architecture or related field.
Experience designing AI or machine learning enabled solutions, including retrieval, model integration and evaluation.
Track record translating technical designs into commercial offerings with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams.
Experience leading and developing a team of technical professionals, including setting goals and coaching.
Strong knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance requirements for handling confidential client and legal information.

Responsibilities

Define the reference architecture for partner-delivered legal solutions, including integration patterns, data flows, and security and privacy controls.
Translate partner capabilities and customer workflows in legal practice into scoped, buildable solution designs.
Review and approve technical designs for partner offerings before commitments are made to customers or Sales.
Lead technical discovery and solution workshops with prospective customers, including law firms and corporate legal departments.
Design proofs of concept and pilots that demonstrate partner-integrated offerings with early customers.
Shape the partner roadmap with Product, prioritize integration work, and align with Engineering delivery and support models.
