Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking a Director, Partner Solutions Architect for Legal to design and govern partner-integrated legal technology solutions. You will lead a team of architects, set architecture standards, and work with Product, Engineering, Sales and Legal to scope, secure, and sell solutions to customers.

This role blends deep technical judgment with customer empathy to drive adoption and measurable outcomes across legal workflows.

Qualificações

12+ years in solutions architecture or related field.
Experience leading enterprise software architecture for partnerships.
Hands-on API, cloud, and data systems integrations.
Experience with AI model integration and evaluation.
Proven ability to translate designs into commercial offerings.

Responsabilidades

Define the reference architecture for partner-delivered solutions including integration patterns, data flows, and security controls.
Assess partner platforms, APIs, AI models for technical fit, scalability, reliability and compliance.
Lead technical discovery and solution workshops with prospective customers.
Shape partner roadmap and coordinate with Product/Engineering on integration delivery.
Establish technical success criteria and monitor performance post-launch.
Coach and mentor solutions architects and grow the team's depth in AI and legal workflows.
