Job summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help law firms transform how legal work is done with Thomson Reuters Legal AI. You will identify high-value workflows, design AI-enabled solutions, and drive adoption across customer organizations through hands-on workshops and executive briefings.
The role requires travel (25-30%) to client sites, strong communication skills, and a pragmatic approach to applying AI in legal workflows.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited US law school is required.
- Prior law practice experience is required (law firm, in-house, government, clerkship).
- Experience in customer-facing roles with Enterprise accounts is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with generative AI apps is required.
- Familiarity with legal research and practice tools (Westlaw, Practical Law, Relativity, Everlaw).
Responsibilities
- Lead in-person discovery sessions, demos, and workshops with law firm customers.
- Identify and prioritize Legal AI use cases and advise on workflow design.
- Develop adoption strategies for a portfolio of law firm customers.
- Create reusable use cases, prompts, and playbooks for scale.
- Communicate customer needs to cross-functional teams and influence product roadmaps.
